This website is operated by Marc Porter, trading as M Porter Groundwork & Construction, for residential groundwork, bricklaying, patios and driveways in Kent.

Enquiries and quotes

Submitting a form asks us to contact you about the work. It does not book a job, confirm availability or create a contract for building work. The scope, materials, price, timing and terms for a particular project need to be agreed separately before work proceeds.

Website information

Service descriptions and guides provide general information. They are not a site assessment, structural design or a determination that your project has the necessary permissions. Check the requirements relevant to the property and the proposed work before proceeding.

The 10% return and referral offer

The discount request form lets you enquire about the 10% offer for your next job. Discuss the proposed work and how the discount applies with Marc before accepting a quote. Sending the form is not a confirmed booking or a payment. Any agreed discount should be clear in the project quote.

Text messages

Where you give permission, M Porter Groundwork & Construction may send the types of texts described on the form, such as enquiry and service updates, review requests or occasional return-customer and referral offers. Marketing consent on the general enquiry and quote forms is optional. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out of texts. For help, reply HELP or use the contact form. You can contact us again if you want to change your messaging preferences. Delivery depends on the network and cannot be guaranteed.

Completed-customer form

The Add Customer page is for the contractor to record a completed customer who has agreed to review and offer messages. Do not submit someone else’s contact details without the required permission.

Feedback and external services

Feedback provided through this site may be used to respond to your concern. A link to an external review service takes you to that service’s own terms and privacy information. Links to guidance do not mean that every example applies to your property.
